Hi there! I'm so glad you’re here. My name is Jamie. I've been creative for as long as I can remember, but picking up a camera was the thing that made it all make sense. Seeing the world through a lens brought something out of me that nothing else could. Photography has been a part of me for as long as i can remember. since i was young, i was always the one with a camera in hand taking photos of family and friends or putting together little videos just for fun. As time went on, what started as a simple interest has grown into something deeply meaningful. An opportunity to hold on to memories and tell stories that can be felt long after the last dance, the last toast, the last goodbye.
I’ve always been a bit of a hopeless romantic, so it made sense that my place behind the camera was documenting unique love stories as they naturally unfold.
I genuinely enjoy getting to know the people i work with by learning their individual stories, what matters to them, and how they hope their most meaningful moments are remembered. It’s what keeps me inspired.
Today, i feel incredibly fortunate to spend my time doing something i care so deeply about. It’s more than a career, it’s something that feels natural and fulfilling in every way. I don’t see it as work, but rather as a privilege, and i consider it one of the greatest parts of my life.
What is Jamie up to when she doesn’t have a camera in hand?
You’ll usually find me out on a long walk, spending time at the park with my son Bo, or at home doing something creative alongside my husband, Matt. Whether that’s watercoloring or just enjoying a quiet moment together. One of the things I value most about my work is the flexibility it gives me to be present in those everyday experiences, especially the creative time I get to share with my little one.
I appreciate a steady rhythm to my days, but I’m also naturally drawn to new places, fresh experiences, and meaningful connections with others. I’ve always had a deep love for travel and different cultures.It’s incredibly fulfilling to wander cobblestone streets, knowing the history beneath them and feeling immersed in a place that holds its own unique story.
At the end of the day, I feel grateful for the life I’ve built and the balance it brings between creativity, family, and the small, meaningful moments in between.
